Abbiamo comunque tempo fino a settembre, valutiamo se esiste la
possibilità concreta
di chiamare tutti i MEPs una volta insediati.
Tempo fino a settembre?!? Il voto in sessione plenaria è DOMANI alle 12,
dopo di che il Consiglio farà diventare legge questo pessimo pacchetto
in giugno.
A meno che non si approvino almeno alcuni dei Citizens' Rights
Amendments che potrebbero costringere il Consiglio a mandare il
pacchetto in Terza Lettura con conciliazione, allora si che si va a
settembre, oppure a farlo diventare legge ugualmente in giugno.
A proposito di telefonare, ricordatevi che i MEPs sono a Strasburgo ora,
non a Brussels.
Le Direttive saranno trasposte nelle leggi nazionali dei Paesi Membri
entro e non oltre 18 mesi dall'approvazione del Consiglio.

Thank you for writing to me, but I wonder if you have actually read the
proposal? At the moment, ISPs are free to offer you whatever range of
services they choose, and they don't have to tell you which services
they may be denying you. The main effect of the new legislation is that
they will now have to provide this information. This increases
protection for consumers, and you should welcome it.

If it is true that the ISPs must report any change is also true that
differences can and this is very bad, the network must be equal for
all. The ISPs should not be able to contain and control what flows in
network, any controls should be under the jurisdiction of the Justice
and not private.
